Would not honor coupon that said used on certain date but can be used again. Your computers were messed up so the service desk should have given me the money, not tell me the the coupon was wrong and basically too frigging bad. Move on please.

Drug addicts

There are drug addicts using drugs right in front of the location at 19th Ave and Glendale in Phoenix all the time. Some guy was smoking his *** pipe right in front of the store and his pants were around his ankles. I don't think they care about the safety of their customers.

This guy drew he works in Tucson AZ at the frys gas station he double charged my card and now theyre refusing to return my money. Ive spoke with the manager in store two different days they had me call a 1800 number but the person on the phone said frys manager is lying because any in store purchase should be given a refund at that site!

Terrible Customer Service

I ordered groceries through the Fry's app for delivery between 2 and 4pm in August 13th. The driver did not deliver my food, despite receiving a notice of delivery.

I tried messaging the driver through the app but she never replied. I tried calling customer support, but the robot would not initially connect me with a person, so I tried the chat with an agent option. after 15 minutes of chatting, I was offered a refund in 7-10 business days. I asked to speak with a supervisor.

after about 30 minutes of waiting on the chat for a supervisor, the agent ended the chat without notice. I then called the service number and waited 30 minutes on hold to speak with someone. I immediately relayed my experience and desire to speak with a supervisor to get my order replaced and redelivered. The supervisor said that is not an option and I could only get a refund which would arrive in 7-10 business days and a $20 store credit.

I am on a VERY tight budget and cannot afford such a lapse. If it were any other week, I actually would NOT have any more money to repurchase lost groceries for the week. To say I am disgusted with my experience with your customer service and lack of service is an understatement. More simply must be done so that this is never experienced by anyone ever again.

Other services, such as Instacart offer immediate refunds and on occasion, redelivery options. Doordash offers immediate reorder and redelivery when their drivers do not follow directions and drop the order off at a wrong address. Fry's simply must and can do better to help it's customers. this was an 80+ dollar order that I must wait and hope for a refund to show up on my card sometime in the next 7-10 business days.

Disgusting. Shame on you.

Ripped off

The frys ade is very confusing. I do the ad on both the computer and my smart phone.

The computer site needs lots of work. The consumer must navigate costs with sale prices, coupons and digital prices. My last visit was on 11/25/23. The cashier failed to use the correct price for the rice mix.

I was over charged 50 cents per item. granted, losing $2.50 is not horrible. I felt another trip to the store was not worth the time and gas. I am seroiusly considering another food store.

If my computer should connect with my smart phone, why is the correct price not on my member number? Frys is ripping us off.

4 years same pills not one time with out problem

I have try to get monthly pills for four years every single time there has been a problem.Not one time have I shown up and received same pills without a problem .Some are way worse then. Not once ever being ready.Today say we dont have those we not sure if or when will get them.Same happend 2 months ago to were I went with. Out for 2 weeks in pain with no care .

I saw that the u scan light were on and each pos screenn said close,so I went to another one which was card only I had to wait again in another line for cash only and because I had more then 15 items I needed her to Swipe her card so I said excuse me she started to yelled at me and said I said I'll be with you in a minute which that was the only time I ask her for help when she yelled she began to rolled her eyes that made me mad..so she needs to go back to training in how to talk to customer's and be nice..this happened at 43rd McDowell at 1 or 2 on Saturday Sept 30

It is not only the elderly but the poor who can't afford a smart phone who don't get the savings. This is an outrage. There has to be a way to get the savings without the app!

I got the internet 12 yrs ago and was able to use Amazon’s website right away. I just spent a half hour and have yet to figure out how to get the “digital deal” on soda. Please fire whoever designed

I cant figure out your app. You need to fire whoever designed it. Hire the people who design Amazons website, with which Ive never had a single problem. Your person(s) is a complete idiot, and probably thinks theyre highly intelligent because they work in tech. Ive met many like that who are propped up by their tech label.

A few weeks ago, I called Customer Service tocomplain because we cant get flyers anymore. The young man I spoke with said he would take care of it. Wasnt sure he really would but dog gone he did. Today I got my flyer for next week, so I know what the specials are for the Wednesday with senior specials. This really helps me plan. Thank you so much For sending these out when This means Frys is my number one go to again. Thank you so much for listening.

Pharmacy sucks

They not only never have your medication but they lie to you and say its not time for refill. But when you look online it clearly shows your refill is past due. Snapping a photo and reporting them to the pharmacy board. So tired of dealing with this incompetent company.

Waiting in line

I’m waiting at customer service on ajo and 16 th in Tucson, Az and they have 10 customers waiting and one cashier. I went up to the manager Trevor and asked if he had anyone else to help his cashier and he said I only have one that’s how it is. That he didn’t have anyone else. He was rude as he said it and stayed in a register that eventually had no customers. He stood there waiting for someone to go in his lane so he didn’t have to assist ( I’m assuming) . There is a way to talk to customers and that’s not it.

Prescription not ready as I was told it would be

Bad customer service

I put in perception for a smoke aid trying to stop smoking and I was told it would be ready today I sent my son to get it he said the lady behind the counter was rood I was told my perception would be ready today well needless to say it wasn't I wasn't called I wasn't told and I'm trying to stop smoking it's hard enough to do I have to wait till Monday to get perception even though I reorder in time
